Creating a mobile application was a necessary step in the development of the company’s business.
Firstly, many users make purchases from their mobile phones.
Secondly, the company has decided to release virtual loyalty cards.
The visual aspect maintains the brand’s corporate style: light, delicate, beautiful, harmoniously combining with the company’s beauty products.
Virtual loyalty cards have been developed to improve the loyalty program. This method is becoming increasingly popular since modern customers tend to use mobile devices more often for shopping. They no longer need to go to a physical store and fill out forms to obtain physical cards. Virtual cards are also more eco-friendly than traditional plastic ones.
To achieve this, integration with 1C was required to issue virtual cards and a barcode generator was implemented to generate barcodes for each card. Now, new customers can register on the online store and receive a loyalty card immediately. They only need to show the barcode on their mobile phone screen to the cashier during an offline transaction to avail of the discount.
Of course, it is still possible to link previously issued cards to personal accounts, eliminating the need to carry them in a bag or wallet.
