"Modern City" offers high-end full automation services for premises, buildings, and surroundings.
The objective was to create an effective landing page for a sophisticated service. The undertaking involved conducting market analysis, designing an intuitive user interface/user experience, programming, and creating compelling content.
"Modern City" provides a very complex and therefore expensive service: full automation of premises, buildings, and surrounding areas. Along with the development of the company, it has decided to reach a qualitatively new level of working with clients, starting from the very first step - its own website.

About

The company already had a traditional corporate website with familiar sections such as About Us, Services, Equipment, and News... However, the website did not fulfill its main objective: persuading customers that the company "Modern City" can take care of all the requirements for home function automation and turning it into a smart home.
An additional limitation was that the definition of a "smart home" is currently very vague: it can include devices that users can install themselves into outlets or walls, as well as complex engineering projects that involve full installation of communications in the building. Therefore, when developing the website, we needed to take into account that the phrase "smart home" is interpreted differently by everyone.

Marketing research

Marketing research became the first step in our work.
After studying the market, competitors, customers, and unique features of the "Modern City" company's business, we have obtained materials for both online development strategy and landing page development data. Today, a single-page website for individuals is the first stage of the strategy.
Based on the data we have received, we have developed a website structure and identified key points that will work towards achieving the company's goals and those of its clients.

Smart home features

"Smart home features. Every smart home is a unique project."
The company's specialists fully adapt to the client's preferences and offer interesting solutions based on the features of the room, family composition, and even the owners' habitual lifestyle. Therefore, one of the most important "floors" on the website became the presentation of various possibilities for the future house, roughly translated as "what one can desire from it."
As private clients are divided into apartment and house owners in this respect, we have implemented a unique and stylish switch.

Entire concept

The entire concept is imbued with the idea of how vast the possibilities are for the client.
Do you want voice control? Sure thing. Do you want your own mobile app design for remotely managing your home (turn off the iron, warm up the floors before you arrive, or check the status of your home)? Easy.
"Do you want a smart home like this? There are conversion forms on every floor, an invitation to visit the showroom, and an online map."

The real difference

The real difference between a smart home and a simple collection of devices is the expanded capabilities and benefits it offers to apartment or house residents.
Automatic process management brings many benefits and additional bonuses, such as energy-saving, increased safety, and endless design possibilities for interior decoration.
For example, when the house literally wakes up with you and makes your awakening as comfortable as possible.

Credibility is an important characteristic for such landing pages, especially for complex services.
Therefore, every client will find the methods that interest them to ensure the company's professionalism and capabilities: for some, examples of completed projects will become an important argument, while for others, the opportunity to visit the nearest showroom and see the work of a smart home with their own eyes.

In 2019, the project took 2nd place in the "Best Landing" category at the Rating Runet competition.
Credibility is an important characteristic for such landing pages, especially for complex services.
Thanks to the systematic work from scratch - starting with research - we helped the client launch a truly effective tool for the most massive part of customers. The next stage of work is a landing page for business clients.
